Warranty & Technical Assistance

Securitaly srl offers assistance for iAccess products. After-sales service is an index of quality and efficiency, guaranteeing first and foremost customer satisfaction and the functionality of the product purchased.
All iAccess products have a warranty period of 24 months (extendable up to 5 years).


Warranty Extension

It's possible to extend the warranty of some iAccess products during the purchase process.
The basic warranty is 2 years, there are extensions to 3 or 5 years.
The cost of the iAccess warranty extension varies depending on the type of product you are purchasing.
The iAccess Extended Warranty Service is the best way to guarantee your product for up to 5 years at a low cost.


Product Return

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA). If the purchased equipment does not work within 8 days of arrival, it will be replaced without charge.
  • Repair within the standard warranty period (24 months). Transport costs are shared between the parties; you will pay the shipping costs to the service laboratory, Securitaly will pay the return costs. In case the defect is due to negligence of use, omitted cleaning and precautions indicated in the user manual, will be charged a fixed fee of € 22.00 excluding VAT, to be paid upon return of the product.
  • Repair beyond the warranty period (24 months). The cost of repair and shipping costs are entirely at your expense.
  • Device updates. Only in case of return of the product to our laboratory, you will pay an amount budgeted by our office, to cover the service offered.

Return Guarantee

iAccess products have a "14 day satisfaction guarantee". If you are not completely satisfied with the device purchased, you can return it to us in its original packaging, undamaged and exactly as received, within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price, with the exception of transport costs. The return shipment to our center is the responsibility of the customer.
