10 Hours of telephone assistance on a dedicated number with our specialized technicians.
These are just some of the information our technicians can answer to:
- first installation and configuration of the time recording,
- LAN connection or stand-alone mode with data download to USB stick,
- user insertion,
- password insertion,
- insertion of biometric fingerprints,
- insertion of RFID cards,
- the management software installation and updating on Windows computers,
- software configuration for data import via LAN or USB.
The Service has a term of 10 hours, with 15 minutes of advance warning, and can be used for a period of 24 months after its activation.
